About

Hi! I'm Erin
Hi there, I’m Erin! I am a wife, mother to Weston Blair and Maya Grace (3 years and 16 months) and my two sweet pups, yoga teacher, and registered nurse. I have been forever chasing wellness for myself and our family. As a nurse I learned so much about what it meant to be “well” in every aspect of life. As a mother, I am constantly learning and growing in my wellness journey for myself and for my babies. I would love for you to join me along this journey to be “well”, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe in empowering and connecting with mothers, in helping mothers find their inner wisdom and gain the confidence in choosing "wellness" for their babies and their families. I am a lover of fresh air, essential oils, coffee, and tiny humans! I believe that if we invest in loving our tiniest humans, we will make this crazy world a better place. I am a firm believer that if we empower and educate ourselves, listen to our bodies and follow our hearts we can find that holistic wellness that we all need.

This is a safe space for mamas at every stage of their motherhood journey. I do not consider myself to be an expert, to tell you exactly what is right for you, or to give you medical advice. As I entered into motherhood for the first time, I found that having a solid support system of mothers helped me to feel empowered, gather knowledge and resources, and make the best decisions for myself as a new mom and for my babies. And listening to other mamas made me feel connected and supported, eliminating the nagging loneliness that can go along with the new mama experience. I want to provide a safe, gentle, encouraging, and empowering space to share my experience and my motherhood journey, as well as all of the wisdom I have picked up along the way. I hope you find peace, encouragement, support, and community in this space.

My husband is in real estate and we also believe in breathing new life into old things! We are always seeking out homes to restore, finding new projects in our home, and discovering new ways to live sustainably. We are constantly chasing a life that spreads good to others and feels good for our family.

Lets chase this goodness together, friends.
